# Water-Flowing Meal Delivery
Imagine sitting at a traditional Japanese restaurant where your food doesn’t arrive via a waiter or a conveyor belt, but instead floats directly to your seat on a gentle stream of water. This unique dining concept reimagines traditional restaurant space and logistics, turning a standard meal into an unforgettable interactive experience.
At these specialized restaurants, every table is assigned a specific geographic name on a small wooden marker. Once customers place their orders, the kitchen staff carefully packages the freshly prepared dishes into a round wooden bucket, attaches the matching table label, and gently releases it into the water channel.
As the bucket drifts smoothly along the current, customers eagerly watch for their assigned marker. Once it arrives, they simply reach out, take their food, and enjoy. When the meal is finished, empty cups and tableware are placed back into the wooden bucket, which then continues its journey back to the kitchen staff automatically.
This clever design turns the restaurant's interior architecture into an active part of the business operation. It successfully combines practical functionality with a memorable, engaging dining atmosphere that captures attention everywhere.
